i think this product is easy to use. otherwise, good design, size, liked the finish (not brushed stainless steel). very good value for money.

i had to return this item. i have a wrist injury and was finding it difficult to operate the push button used to open the door. and the other touch buttons.

This microwave is the perfect size for a couple. I bought it to replace a much larger one which not only took up a huge space on my counter but became too big once family left the nest. It looks smart and has a range of programs - I'm very satisfied...

Larger dinner plates etc wont fit inside the oven.

I chose Panasonic because I was replacing microwave and this model was very similar to my last one which gave me such great service
