Sized like a candy bar, the fanless Azulle Access3 is a fair value among very low-cost PCs that run Windows 10. Silent operation and a decent port loadout are its hallmarks, but its performance won't supplant your main PC's.

Bigger than most stick-style PCs. Performance barely suffices for basic tasks. Form factor can be awkward to mount.
