This is a four-in-one unit. Heater, A/C unit, De-Humidifier & Fan All in one. Packaging should be better [at least the bottom of the box] and UPS should be a lot more carefull. Make sure the drain plug is pushed in all the way or you will have water...

Stay Away

 

I'm not sure what was worse. The fact that two of these units lasted a grand total of two months between them. Or that the company would not honor its own warranty.
