The AC looked nice.

This AC did not perform well. I had it set for the minimum temperature you could, left it running for 4 hours and the room was no cooler, in fact, it was warmer than the rest of the house. Would not recommend this to anyone. Spend some more money and...

it really keep the room cool

its all good it keeps us realy cool in summer and helps with astma and breathing problems any time of year realy good thing, this is my second one had other on for almost 5 years yes non stop

It cools really well, is not too big, looks better than many other aircons, wheels around easily. Has remote control.

It's a bit on the noisy side. It's heavy to move upstairs.

Noisy, limited range of adjustment on the grilles, can't turn down to a low enough fan level to keep quiet.

The ventilation hose needs to be very short.... this is not clear. i have to run a long hose and the performance suffers as a result.
