Platinum 12000 BTU Air Conditioner with Heat Pump for rooms up to 30 sqm

it doesn't cut out when full, it just pops a plug & nleaks all over the floor. This happens afetr quite a short time whether on heat, dry or air con mode. It's noisy and really big and expensive

Looks a classy unit.

Very expensive my older unit that broke cooled the room a lot more. The fan just isn't strong enough the air is cool but the pressure is low.

Very good product and best performance easy to move around in different rooms. I like it

Cools well, is noisy with cooling unit running but get the room sorted to the right temp early and it is fine.

Very low thought about the venting options, if you have a small vertical windows there is not neat solution. No backight for the remote to control at night and i cannot turn off the audible feedback.

LOVE THIS MACHINE!!! We bought this for our bedroom as our previous air conditioning unit was playing up...... So happy we did! So far it's been brilliant..... Much quieter than our previous one and it goes down to 16°. We use it only as an air cooler....

Some digits and markers light up on the panel whilst the unit is on but sadly not the description beside them... ie the dot beside where it says if it's on cool/ fan/ heater.... Or the <>buttons to increase/decrease the temperature... you need to...

Its quite noisy but I can live with that. The part about being portable is a bit misleading as its very heavy, would need two people to move .

The hose too big and not long enough; very noisy not for bedroom,

Quick and easy to assemble and use. Cooled the room down very quickly. Wheels make it very easy to move around without needing to lift it as it is a bit heavier than I could lift.

A bit noisier than i'd like but still the best portable air-conditioner i've ever used and no noiser than some of the older built in air-conditioners.
