I like this product however my only complaint is the heater- the energy saver mode does not work for heat so the unit runs continuous when using the heat, the heat strip just turns on and off but the fan runs non-stop when using heat. The a/c unit...

This is perfect for a small room. It heats and cools efficiently and quietly. If you are looking for a small room AC/Heat Unit, this one should be at the top of your list!

Love it, it cools better than any unit I have had. just wish there was more options for air flow directions.

I recommend this a/c - it's quiet and does a nice job of cooling the bedroom. As an added bonus it came with a remote control and batteries.
