Newegg customer service has been extremely helpful in promptly refunding the amount when we reported that the shipment arrived in a battered state. I really applaud the Customer rep's help in understanding our problem and initiating the refund process...

The product packaging is a little let down because the product was sent as-is without any packaging material. As a result of this the product arrived in a completely damaged. The heater stand was all broken in to small pieces with electric wires...

Didn't come with remote, just the batteries to the remote? but I didn't really need a remote anyhow

Think about it before you buy

 

Although a very nice looking unit, do your shopping BEFER you decide to buy. It's not the great deal you may think it is.

Heated my whole house with 2 units, a lot cheaper then heating with oil, A LOT CHEAPER... Takes up very little space and is cool to the tough at any location of unit except of course in front of the element

Bought 2 of these units. One came in a box that was totally destroyed and I had to hold the bottom of the box so the unit wouldn't fall out but the remote was still with the unit. This unit when oscillating has a loud ticking noise. Kept this unit on...
