Ended up buying three of these so I could talk with family members while working away from home. So far everyone is happy with them. Cheap and effective, hard to beat.

These work great ; First there is next to no installation if you have Windows 7 or above ; No need for a install CD, just plug them in and Windows will optionally update them automatically. ZERO bloatware (a problem in the past with Logitech et al) ;...

The only minor con about it: for the paranoid of us, knowing that there is a possibility any internet/wired camera or microphone can be remotely hijacked through targeted malware attacks..(although Big brother would get awfully bored listening/watching...
