The camera was easy to install. I bought the camera so my wife could visit with her parents over the internet and it has been doing great. it also helps when we list things on ebay to sell, we are able to take pictures of the items we are listing. I...

Over all the web cam is great.

We get to see my son and daughter-in-law and grandson, and soon another grandson

Sometime the cam freezes up and we have to start all over

Trying to determine if perhaps's it is not compatible with AIM instant messaging? Other than that, no idea why it is not functional???????

My 3 year old grandson thought it was great being able to see grandma when talking to her.

For the money and the first time using a web cam it is well worth it. I purchased 2 of them so that I could chat with my grandchildren and we could see each other

I couldn't find anything bad about it
