Look for some other brand. Vaas is good and will sit on top.

worth it

 

very surprised what this thing can do. previously 100% volume on the laptop was barely audible and with this item you need to take it down to 25% of the volume and that's plenty loud enough

there isn't a very nice contraption that allows the item to hook to the laptop, so usually if you have an obtuse angle on the laptop it fits fine on the top of the monitor, anything less and this is falling off. it's best to use as a side piece....

Faulty speaker cord

 

Don't like this product, not functioning well.

Its good to mount. Voice quality is good.

Speaker lead is not giving proper output after connecting to laptop. It has to be adjusted to get proper volume amplification.

better than expected

 

I'm using it as portable speakers with a projector and it's perfect for that, much clearer than typical laptop speakers.

Sounds better than I expected (not thumping loud, of course, but as others have said, louder than you might think.. Construction is better than you might expect for the price.

I FIGURED AT THIS LOW PRICE, AT LEAST I COULD HEAR MY LAPTOP, HOWEVER, I NOW TAKE IT OUTSIDE AND LISTEN TO I-NET RADIO - MAKES YARDWORK GO MUCH FASTER! THE AUDIO IS AMAZING FOR THE SIZE AND PRICE, PLEASEANTY SURPRISED.

Great Bargain!

 

Can you buy better speakers? Probably, but honestly I was pleasantly surprised with the sound of these speakers considering the small price tag. I seriously doubt you will find a better deal without spending more $$$.

Way better sounding and louder than an Acer net-book's speakers. $10 shipped was a good deal. They easily hook to the top of an Acer net-book with no problem. Also, they look pretty nice as well.

None really, but the blue power light is kinda bright and there is no separate volume control. Those aren't really cons, just pointing out the obvious. I am in no way complaining for the price that they cost. They are worth every penny.

This isnt a con but it does bug me that most speakers have a light on when the computer is off just a thought, and for the price if you need one this one works and sounds great.

it sounds good works just fine out of the box i ordered this for a cheap speaker for my DESKTOP computer the price was nice and i like that it is usb powered i prefer to not have all the cables everywhere.
