Got this as an anniversary gift for my sister and her husband and they love it! Works great and looks great- easy to use and clean. Great brand and value!

The instructions were a tad hard to follow, and the programing was tricky. But over all I love this coffee pot, and I really love the fact that there is nothing to turn off before walking out the door, and keeps coffee hot for hours!
