I am using coffee pods in the machine, very easy and convenient, the milk frothier is great, love it

It makes lovely coffee

Had it a month and so far no leaks. No vibration, so cups stay put. Makes great coffee and the milk steamer heats the milk well, with lots of froth when needed.

No bad points yet.

makes excellent coffee with crema

grounds a bit fiddly and needs a sink to clean

Drips badly Standard - size mug does not fit under. Get round this by replacing driptray with shallow plastic tray from eg small pack of cherry tomatoes !

You can actually fit a decent sized cup under the filter. If you're not going to spend hundreds and hundreds on an espresso machine get this one. It's just as good as a £150-200 machines for making shots.

The frother is a bit low so it can be a nightmare trying to manoeuvre a cup of milk. Like all machine the frother is a nightmare to clean. You'd don't get an equal pour from the spouts on the filter so if you're making coffee for two you either need to...

Absolutely love it. It's as quick as the kettle - but tastier coffee. Has paid for itself in lattes as I no longer need to visit coffee shops for a decent coffee. It's popular with friends too.

Milk frother is quite low and difficult to get a jug under that holds enough milk and is deep enough to avoid it splashing everywhere. Have to drag machine to edge of work surface to use frother easily

Could do with a slightly bigger gap between the drip tray and the coffee output spouts (can't get taller cups under). Only needs about 10mm more

Makes excellent coffee. Looks good and isn't too big.

makes excellent espresso. far better than my previous Russel Hobbs model. still not quite...hot enough but all say espresso shouldnt be 'hot'...15 seconds in microwave gets it for me!

its not quite solid enough and needs support whilst loading coffee etc
