Aesthetically pleasing, perfect size for household use, grinds soft and fluffy

Significant amount of grinds get stuck in chute. If not experienced in using a stepless grinder, can be intimidating. A bit frustrating not knowing where to stop while looking for the perfect grind

a lot of grinds are retained in the machine. Really a LOT ; impossibility to fix a grind setting in any way ; difficult to dial in

The most important reasons to buy this machine are the stainless steel conical burrs, infinite grind setting, the cast aluminum body, and the cost vs. value (especially if you can find it for a deal like I did)

Grinds tend to remain in the machine, which will only be a problem if you let it (read my detailed commentary). In addition, the hopper might be a bit fragile (although they do say it is 'indestructible'). I, however, don't expect to have any problem...
