Sloooow for a modern SSD, if you have SATAIII on your motherboard, DON'T buy this SSD as it's much slower than SATAIII. CS1211 = 520 read and 310 write which will bottleneck a 600mbps SATAIII interface.

Excellent boot speed, perfect for upgrading from a HDD. Very cheap upgrade and so far it's been as reliable as a HDD... time will tell, but so far so good.

More space for cheaper prices is always going to be a factor. Right now, SSDs are coming down in price, I hope the trend continues.

As far as SSDs go, it's not that fast. I've had much faster speeds from other SSDs, Mushkin Enhanced ECO2 in particular.

The price was right for 240GB, and it's much faster than a traditional HDD, and makes my load times with Windows 10 64bit much more bearable, as my mouse would freeze at boot with my old WD 320GB 2.5 in HDD. came with a little spacer in the box that...

did not work in my external USB 3.0 HDD encloser(could be the encloser not 100% sure) did not come with any data migration software, and no link to any on the PNY website.
