i got this z 82 from my father who had it for a year he returned it to lexmark and they replaced it with another that had the same problem the ink cartriges dry up and you have to take them out and clean them by hand also when he recived it from...

good printer and copier when it works

prepare to remove and manually clean the cartriges every print
