Do not crush your box, for at least 30 days.

The current model we have is great. It is quick and very reliable

I ordered 3, 2 are great but one had a tray issue and crinkled the paper. I crushed my box so New Egg would not replace it even though I did have a warranty. I had to put in a warranty to HP

Pretty Good

 

This printer was used to replace an HP 4200. It is significantly faster than the 4200 but, it's physical dimensions are a bit larger than a 4200 series. Along with the speed and size is noise.

Very fast! It literally throws the pages out of the printer and they fall back into the output bin

Return to Newegg for replacement... I'll re-comment on the replacement.

Newegg return/replacement policy is the only positive here

HP Support of their products... This unit had print jams right out of the box. Changed paper, slowed speed down... Jam everytime you print multi pages.. Return shipping on Laser printer is not cheap, especially all the way the CA
