If you're not planning to do major hardware upgrades then I would definitely recommend this.

Arrived within 24 hours. Everything worked perfectly out of the box, but some (minor and customary) Windows issues. Everything was in excellent condition (just slight wear) but came with a new keyboard and mouse. I use this for a home office, and for...

Proprietary design of the power supply (only 320w) limits upgradability, and the screwless chassis, which requires special screws to slide additional hard drives or SSD into the case (4 extra were provided though).

The computer work as it is supposed to work. The price was fnatastic a real steal.

 

Customer Service was great I had no problems with returning and getting a rerplcement.

Only issue I had was the computer would not boot. Newegg had me return it and send another one. The second one is up and running. I have updated it to Windows 10 and have added office. No issues it works.

None. Only issue was the first one I received did not boot. but Newegg had me return it at their cost and send me the one I am now using.

Upgrading my review to OK

 

I ordered a second for a backup.

Cheap. Support didn't respond to two phone calls, but got back to an email with instructions to fix a failure to load the OS. It's a working Win 7 computer for $150.

Surprisingly slow for a 64 bit machine but my grandson won't know the difference until he experiences a different computer, which may be a while.

High quality refurbished desktop, solidly built.

 

This is a completely toolless case. Runs Windows 64 bit very fast. Fans relatively quiet for a biz desktop.

The ram is listed as DDR2 but it actually has DDR3 ram. 2 DIMMs of 2GB each.
