Good Printer, Newegg's Mistake

 

I dropped one egg on it because of the scanning issue that came up and because Newegg made the mistake and i had to listen to an angry customer yell at me for something that i was powerless over, BUT I STILL LOVE NEWEGG!!

It's a really nice printer with average PPM and average number of prints per ink cartridge... Had it over a year and started having issues with the scanning feature not working, but that wasn't a problem at all

I went to order one for a customer (I work in IT field), and Newegg sent me the TOTALLY wrong product. They sent me a horrible Deskjet model that resembled nothing that of the C4240, not even close to spec's either. They are reimbursing me $25 and the...

Just a good, solid printer. Major step up from the five year old Dell All-in-One printer I was using up until late

Although it works well with Vista, the Vista driver install tried to override the install from the disk, but that was partially my fault anyway
