I have thus far used three ink cartridges and only two of three work. One was not recognizable by my Canon MP560. I had to open another yellow ink cartridge to see if it would work. I would like receive a refund. Will call company tomorrow to find out...

Works as well for my printing of photographs as the more pricey Canon brand.
