Low ink consumption, decent osx support, easy setup, good scanner that doesn't jam: office workhorse on a budget. The wireless printing is VERY useful, and it's been hooked up via mac, windows and linux by the folks in the office - works pretty well

Software that ships with this unit is pretty bad, same as all other brother options - seems that osx support is also a little lacking - we have weird issues with stuff not working occasionally when it was or should be

easy set up, I connect wirelessly and set up and installation was the easiest I've experienced. does everything. so far I'm very happy.

duplex printing on both 8.5x11 and 8.5x14. was able to replace large office copier in our small chuch with this unit. Copies and prints fast for a small unit.
