CS guy was helpful and no-nonsense; no runaround. ID'd the issue and determined that it would have to be sent in; they covered shipping both ways and had a replacement unit to us tut de suite.

There is a major issue with this series, the fuser will go back within the first few months causing printer quality issues. We have purchased over 25 of these and almost all were replaced under warranty. We have had great experience with past MFC...
