It's a scam..

 

The printer comes with very little ink and the prices of cartridges are very high. The yellow runs out and now you can't print black and white pages. There's special mechanical dodads on the ink cartridge to try to stop you from reseting the ink levels...

Well its a laser.. well built, great print, fast, low cost.

Not much except most laser printers dont quite do photographic images like a good inkjet can.
