Boots Smooth Care Hair Lightener 25ml x 2

Doesn't work! I complained over phone but they were rude and unhelpful. Bring back the old formula.

I have used Boots-own hair lightened for years but can only assume the supplier has changed as this is much runnier and the area (top lip) was immediately sore so had to take it off.

I have just tried to purchase this in a small local store, to be told it's been re-called. It's been out of stock everywhere for ages. I contacted Boots, and they said it's currently being investigated!!! But there is no national re-call! They couldn't...

I've been using this bleach for the last 6 years, I depends on it quite a lot. But the last few times I've bought it, (after the product was changed), it's not been working. I have to make 2 batches and wait nearly an hour for the hair to bleach....

I am utterly disheartened by this. Not only is this product unavailable both online and in stores across different countries, but the packaging and the formula have been changed. It used to be absolutely perfect, the only bleach that I would recommend....

This product does not work. It is utter rubbish and ended up just throwing it away! I don't understand why they have changed the formula. Their old version worked a lot better. I will now have to search for an alternative.

This product is a complete waste of time and money, I wouldn't bother even trying it. I've never wrote a review before but writing one after buying this(even after the bad reviews, was hoping they were exaggerated) applied it 3times and still hasn't...

I have always used boots facial bleach and as my old one had finished i was a bit hesitant to buy this product again because of all the negative comments but I can honestly say it works for me it bleached my facial hair and I don't see any difference...

I would say do not waste your money on this product. I even wrote to Bbots company complaining about it but so far i see nothing has changed. Im going to switch to Mild Jolen bleach. This product is such a waste of money. Its a shame as its boots own...

This product has changed and not as good as it was. .find I have to apply it a couple of times...bring back the old formula!!!
