Vivitar ViviCam 4000 Digital Camera

 

Small, compact and metal bodied. It feels expensive.

Rather slow to fire up and also slow to recycle after a shot. This is not the camera for instant shots of a train about to crash etc. The flash coverage is rather rather poor towards the edges, but what small camera isn't?

Awful Camera!

 

Video is ok, 2" screen is huge compared to others in the same price range.

Everything.Lousy picture quality, difficult to use, useless at night.

WOW! what a camera comparible to most on the market for 1/2 the price

 

Having been an Olympus buff since my first digi in 2001 I was wary of switching brands to the up and comer in the digital world Vivitar, particularily because some of thier lower end cameras got some dreadful reviews (as lower end cameras often will!)....

Stunning photo quality, beautiful metal body, ISO50, price,2" screen, speedy and pocketable

Battery consumption could be better. Need 2. Cheap if you know where to look. Ebay
