Great camera if not best camera for price

Camera takes great pictures if you know what scene to select. Battery life is some what short like most cameras. Recommend to beginners and intermediate.

Picasa exif problem

 

Just as I submitted my previous review, I learned that the software I use to upload my files from the SD card (Picasa3) has a problem with .mov files and is the source of the date/time problem I stated. I still stand by my original review. 4 stars!

All those I posted before.

My previous review was based on faulty info. Sorry!

Video date problem

 

I wrote a review earlier but at that time I did not notice the problem with video exif. Basically, I'm left with having to manually enter the date of the video into the filename after I upload the video to my PC. ALL my other cameras impress the actual...

Solid build, low price, above average quality pictures (for a point and shoot), adequate video quality.

Exif date/time impressed on video files is set to 12/31/2003 and cannot be changed (photo exif data is correct). This is either a serious flaw for this camera model or a defect in my particular camera. Videos are in standard def .mov format.

Terrible

 

Quick start up

Blurred photos, tried every setting and every photo is blurred. Only way to get a clear photo is to have the flash on. I read the manual and no help. I tired steady mode and every other setting and cant get a clear shot with the flash off.
