Sharp TU-TV252H

The original recorder did not work straight out of the box. the replacement conked out just over the 12 month gaurantee period. In between times it was OK but reliability is obviously a serious issue with this model.

easy to install and good value for money.

The first recorder only lasted 4 days before it broke down (something to do with the disc/recorder) supplier did replace it quickly. The replacement works fine.

Simple operation, excellent programme selection,playback quality as good as television.

None found up to now.

Can`t add time to series record, so if your programme starts late you miss the end.
