I cannot get over how useless this product is, firstly the Velcro ruined my hair, it was tangled and knotted into a huge ball, it's almost impossible to use, Velcro sticks to the hair. So u have to pull it out, even got my teenager to try it on hers....

I was a little wary when first purchasing this following the reviews but I have really found it to work. I tend to put it in when my hair is 95% dry and then once I have tucked all my hair in, give it another blast with the hair dryer to apply heat....
