The Remington hairdryer is an excellent buy. The only think I have against it is that the top switch gets hotter yes, but blasts a lot of air! So much so that I use the lower setting for more gentle drying.

Easy to use and good quality for the price paid. A bit more power would have been good but was able to extend warranty, which was great.
