I have coarse thick hair that is hard to manage I found using this has really improved the texture of my hair. I don't need to style it every day and the ends look really healthy. However, this needs to be rinsed out well.

Not cheap but if my hair starts to misbehave, get dry, lose its shine- then this sorts it out better than any other product I have found
