Nice'N Easy Permanent Hair Colour #5G Natural Medium Golden Brown (Former shade #117)

I have used this colour and brand for years and been happy with the outcome. I am often complimented on my hair too so its not just me.

I purchased this to apply to my roots, always use nice and easy. Unfortunatley it turned my roots ginger! No idea why?! Pretty dissapointing

I brought the medium golden brown as on the colour result it was closest to my natural hair colour. Once dyed I dried it and it came out a ginger/red brown and very different from the colour result on the box, very disappointed
