I am not sure what it is, but this is definitely the best brush I have ever used. It goes through your hair like a tangle teezer but then puts lots of volume into the flattest of hair.

If you try and use this with wet hair it will drag like previous reviews have said. If you have fine hair, dry it off about 50% first and it will grip all the hair, including the ends around the brush. My hair just usually slides off my metal brushes...

Dries my hair a lot faster than a normal brush, nice size for a decent blow dry. My hair is really long & I can now dry it in about 10 minutes and this makes the ends look lovely

Bought this brush after reading the description however my hair has never had so much static in my life when using this brush.

Bought this for my daughter on request. I thought it was too big in the barrel for her short hair but the assures me that it gives her hair oomph. She loves it so that's all that matters.

I just love this brush,really does help dry hair quicker and glides through your hair with ease..just ordered the smaller size!

I bought this as my sister had been using one and I loved how well her hair looked. The brush doesn't snap your hair which is brilliant as my hair constantly snaps off! My hair was less frizzy and way more straight than when I've used a paddle brush....

It's so good for my long straight and thin hair! And it gives such a great volume. I definitely like it)))

Excellent brush allows heat from the hairdryer through to create a great bouncy blowdry. 10/10
