I bought this to help lock in my curls! Fantastic product without the effort of twisting your hands

Bought in October and now after only a few uses makes a crackling sound and cuts out. Contacted Carmen for a refund. Disappointed as it was an easy to and created long lasting curls.

I bought this at the beginning of month and got to use last week. I followed instructions to the T but my hair got jammed and I couldn't release my hair. I had to cut my hair off at the root as I got frightened when I couldn't release my hair properly....

Brill recommend to anyone for this product very easy to use

I bought this item and used it for a couple of seconds but badly tangled my hair in the device, despite following instructions.

Had a little trouble at first trying to get my hair into the curler, my hair got stuck a couple of times but it didn't put me off using it, once I did it a few times it was easy, nice bouncy curls that lasted all day

Put my hair in sections must of took me over half an hour just to do 3 little sections. Hair kept getting stuck and tangled inside the barrel

Bought these to curl mine and my daughters hair for my god daughters christening however switched on and they were faulty, LCD screen flashing with no display very disappointing and not enough time to order a replacement
