Ear buds do get a bit uncomfortable after wearing for more than 2 hours or so (I prefer the apple earbud design).

The ear buds fall out form ears, not really good sound since they can't stay put, it is impossible to wear them....

Seriously, right out of the box, i tried them and first thing i noticed was a pitch difference. Annoyed me too much for me to use them longer than 5 minutes. I could clearly tell the difference in how the voice audio sounded and how one ear was lower...
