Good performance in carpet cleaning mode. Quiet start.

Flexible pipe does not extend sufficiently to clean staircase and pulls back continuously. Would be better if a fkexible extension hose was available. Hopefully there will be one soon.

This is an excellent machine. The suction is excellent and it has an easily accessible switch to go from carpets to flooring. The swivelling body makes for easier handling too.

It is a heavy beast but the swivelling body aids manouvreability. Where the mains lead enter the vacuum cleaner could be better thought out as it does get in the way of the suction pipe (or whatever you would call it). It is expensive but you then...
