Need for Speed: The Run (Wii) Opinie (Gry Wii)

A game that has you race from San Francisco to New York - 3000 miles, 200 racers, a $25 million prize fund and an assortment of the best road cars available - has the potential to be the best racing game ever. However, those expecting a Cannonball Run...

The setup for The Run was practically pre-written; take Cannonball Run...and that's pretty much it. Visually, it's standard, while the audio is somewhere in between - the soundtrack is used well, but the voiceovers are some of the worst of the year.

Think of the trainer as your mechanic for your copy of the Run, even if the game itself doesn't let you change much.

There's a separate Challenge mode that gives you various time-trial, race and takedown missions and this increases the game's lifespan by a fair amount, but considering The Run is the big selling point of the game, it's a shame it's all over so quickly.
