A consistently improving open-world franchise embraces its inner-cheesiness.

Fun, flexible, agreeably absurd gameplay involving a lot of things that go boom real big, plus a raft of very memorable characters: that pimp with the auto-tuned voice, Burt Reynolds... The game does suffer a few technical and interface issues, however.

Where GTA 4 is focused on more realistic, gritter look at crime, SR3 is a non-stop marathon of crazy violence and stupidity that will be sure to keep you hooked for a while, at least until GTA V comes out

Over the top ; VERY customizable ; Garage system is very good (as with past titles) ; Hilarious ; Decent replay value

Child-like nature can take away from the experience at times, same with driving physics ; AI is stupid ; Music could be better

It's a really fun and addicting game. Definitely worth the money if you're looking for a fun game and don't need an in-depth story to captivate your soul imagination. It's just fun to play, period.

It's a really fun game to play. It's over the top silly sometimes ; the vehicles in the game have super sticky tires, driving in GTA4 was a hassle sometimes, its a real joy in this game ; The missions are full of action and can be difficult at times ;...

Sort of glitchy, sometimes objects get stuck inside your car ; The graphics are not really state-of-the-art, but it's excusable given the light hearted, almost cartoonish, nature of the world. It just adds to the effect

The game does have it's faults, but at the same time it is also a very fun game. I had more fun playing through this ones story than I did the first or second games. Where the first two Saints Rows were fairly realistic, this one is more like an over...

Crazy, stupid, and fun ; Fun story ; Lots of crazy things to do outside of missions

Could have been longer ; you will notice some pop in, and it can get annoying from time to time ; Poor song selection for all of the stations ; No custom music without following a painfully long modding process
