Arkham City offers a greater level of expression through your various abilities than its predecessor, and is overwhelmingly generous with the distractions it lays before you from the get-go.

At a time of year when there's usually no shortage of interesting games to pick up for the PC, Arkham City absolutely stands out as one of the top Christmas contenders. PC gamers of all stripes are going to love this one.

There's more than a few technical issues on the PC build - ones that will hopefully be rectified - and the control scheme will have you crying for a joystick, but it's still a very fun game and worth a play.
