Would be nice if there was an easier way to figure out the censor readings & trouble codes.

BEST PRINT QUALITY I've ever seen from ANY laser printer ; I owned a magazine for several years & we used c5200 & c5500 machines exclusively. Even the BIG Pro. printers could not compete in quality of color prints

Good Printer

 

Would be nice if it had wireless connectivity.

We've had this printer for about a year and it does good quality and vivid prints in both color and black

The paper loading mechanism failed after a year. We were not sure if it was a sensor issue but it kept reporting that the front cover was open and prevented the paper from feeding properly which in turn will end up as a paper jam
