Brother's MFC-7460DN provides most of the things you need to run a small office in one, neat device. As long as you don't need colour.

No real cons. Lifting the scan bed cover you feel you might break it the first time you lift it but it is ok. Not for heavy constant use. As noted by somebody else this scanner cannot do duplex scanning or at least I can't find the option to select it....
